By accessing or using sell.myev.com (the "Site"), operated by MyEV, a division of Internet Brands Automotive Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Sell.myev.com provides an online platform for private sellers to receive cash offers for their electric vehicles. Our services include:
We are a direct purchaser of vehicles, not a marketplace or broker. When you accept an offer, you are agreeing to sell your vehicle directly to MyEV or its designated purchasing entity.

Offers are generated based on the vehicle information you provide (VIN, mileage, condition), current market data, and our proprietary valuation methodology. Offers represent the estimated value of your vehicle at the time of generation and are subject to verification.
Unless otherwise stated, offers are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issuance. After expiration, a new offer may be requested but the amount may differ based on updated market conditions.
All offers are conditional upon verification of the vehicle's actual condition, mileage, ownership documentation, and identity of the seller. The final purchase price may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition materially differs from what was represented during the intake process. Reasons for adjustment may include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to decline any transaction, withdraw an offer, or adjust the offer amount at any time prior to final payment, including after vehicle inspection. You similarly may decline or withdraw from the transaction at any time prior to signing the purchase agreement and vehicle title transfer.
To accept an offer, you must complete the following steps through our secure verification portal:
Identity verification is required to prevent fraud and confirm legal ownership. By uploading your driver's license and registration, you consent to our verification of your identity. We may contact your state's DMV or use third-party identity verification services to confirm the information provided.
By accepting an offer and completing the verification process, you consent to the use of electronic signatures for transaction documents, including but not limited to the purchase agreement and title transfer forms (e.g., Florida HSMV Form 82040). Electronic signatures are legally binding under the E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.
Upon completion of all verification and documentation, we will arrange free pickup of your vehicle at a mutually agreed-upon location. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled pickup time. The vehicle must be in substantially the same condition as represented in the photos and documentation submitted.
Payment is issued via ACH bank transfer within 24 hours of vehicle pickup and satisfactory completion of title transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate banking information for payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information, bank processing times, or banking holidays.
You must provide a clear, signed title (or equivalent documentation required by your state) at the time of vehicle pickup. If the vehicle has a lien, you are responsible for coordinating payoff with the lienholder. We may, at our discretion, process lien payoffs directly and deduct the payoff amount from the purchase price.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the MyEV brand, is owned by Internet Brands Automotive Group and protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. VEHICLE VALUATIONS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE APPRAISALS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYEV, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $500 OR THE AMOUNT OF THE OFFER ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR TRANSACTION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyEV, Internet Brands Automotive Group, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent or misleading information you provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at legal@myev.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your vehicle offer, including offer notifications, acceptance confirmations, and transaction updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. Transactional emails related to active offers cannot be opted out of.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., myev.com for research, listings, or financing). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyEV regarding your use of the Site. Separate purchase agreements executed during a vehicle transaction may contain additional terms.
